School Improvement Plan
We are constantly seeking to improve what we do, so it is part of the culture at our school. But we also have a structured framework whereby we select key areas to focus on each academic year. These are organised into four distinct categories and we set targets in the autumn, with an action plan which is monitored each term by the Governors. In the summer we assess how well we have done against these targets based on results, progress and other factors which help us to see what has changed or improved.
You can see the most recent Improvement Plans below to find out what we have been working on over the last few years. Some targets are on-going and some need longer than a year to complete but we are always reviewing to see how far we have come and what the next steps might be.
